What to Expect

Our rides are a vibrant mix of music, energy, and motion, starting with a warm-up, moving through intense cardio peaks, a mindful weight series, and ending with a soul-soothing stretch. Remember, this is your journey; pace yourself and enjoy the ride in a judgment-free zone.

Please be on time. First timers arriving less than 5 minutes before the start of class may not be admitted to ride.
Bikes not claimed within 5 minutes of starting the class may be released. Running late? Give our front desk a call and we'll save your spot. 

• Safety First: All new riders sign a waiver to ensure everyone's well-being.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 5 pm the day before your class to avoid charges and allow others the opportunity to ride.
• Personal Belongings: We encourage you to keep valuables secure, as we can't be responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Leaving Early: If you need to leave class early, please inform the instructor beforehand.

Arrive 15 minutes early to get familiar with our studio and your bike, and to soak in the full Cycologie vibe. Latecomers will not be admitted into class, so it's best to be punctual. Our friendly front desk team will show you around and help you settle in.
