Do you offer monthly memberships?
Yes! Our Cycologie Unlimited Membership offers unlimited classes, the option to bring two guests per month, and access to member-only classes.

Do I need to create an account to take class?
Yes. It’s important for us to know who’s riding with us and to have your contact information. Adult riders can create an account online, in studio, or by calling a studio. Riders under 18 can create an account in studio provided their parent or guardian is present.

How early should I arrive for class?
If it’s your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note, that if you have not signed in 5 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released. If you are running late, please give the studio a call and we will do our best for you! Note that the spin room gets very dark once class starts, and due to safety concerns, there will be no late entry allowed. Once the studio door closes and class starts, we will not be able to let any additional riders in.

What happens when I arrive at Cycologie?
When you arrive at the studio, check in with our front desk. The staff will help you sign in for your bike, give you a tour of the studio, and set up your bike with you!

What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel by 6 PM the evening before your class. However, we understand that life happens sometimes and if you need to cancel after 6 PM, please let us know at info@cycologie.com. Private class bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Private classes are non-refundable if they are canceled within two weeks of the ride.

The class I want to take is full! What do I do?
If your selected class is full, join the waitlist - it moves quickly! To sign up for the waitlist, you must have an available Cycologie credit that will be redeemed at the time of sign up. If a bike opens up more than 4 hours before the class, you will be automatically added to the class and receive an email notification. No confirmation is required. For openings less than 4 hours before the class, riders will be notified by phone call. If the rider cannot be reached or decides not to take the bike, they will not be charged. If the rider confirms and is a no-show, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Do Cycologie classes expire?
Purchased classes expire after 1 year. Purchased classes cannot be transferred from one person to another. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you have Cycologie gift cards?
Yes, we do! You can purchase a gift certificate online or in any of our studio locations.

What if I'm new to fitness/spin and can't keep up?
One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level! With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each rider’s abilities. Every class you take will increase your confidence and strength! At Cycologie, we encourage first-timers to go at their own pace, not compare themselves to others, and just have fun! We recommend first-time riders go in the second or third row to get the lay of the land and to have someone to follow in front of them.

I'm pregnant! Can I still take a Cycologie class?
We have had many pregnant women who are able to ride right up until their due date, but it is important you check with your doctor before riding at Cycologie.

The seats are so uncomfortable!
As a beginner, the bike and bike seat require a little getting used to. During this phase, it sometimes helps to wear padded bike shorts or use a cushioned gel seat. In a short period of time, you likely will not need either.

Do you have a locker room?
Cycologie has lockers with built-in, easy-to-use locks. We also have separate bathrooms, complete with toiletries and showers.

Do you offer water, or do I need to bring my own?
We sell water in the studio. We also have filtered water fountains if you need to fill up.

What are the Cycologie Studio rules?
